Lots of little things to look at for income purposes.
Still have to get to Fourways, to see if they want a daytime/morning receptionist.
Asked at Dr Oakley, he said yes, but only at the end of the year. Which is great, and not.

Nervous about the 3 weeks of house-sitting coming up.
C is going away to the U.S for her daughters graduation from college...
I will be looking after Monty (a Newfoundland), Rosie (a german shepard who is allergic to everything, including grass) and Tess (the new baby labrador, who eats EVERYTHING).
There's also Ninja (Ginger Ninja) the ginger cat, and Purrdy, another ginger cat.
There is also a flock of guinea fowl, a few roosters and a black crested crane, who have all made C's farm their home. And who i have to in some way, feed.
Then there's the 5 horses. Pickles, Puff, Mecca, Stormy and Panache.
All on this enormous property.
I just hope it all holds together, and nothing goes wrong :/
Hopefully Monty, Rosie and Tess won't run away when i take them for their routine walk in the forest.
*sigh*

Was offered a parttime job, for a reasonable salary. But it's in Paardon Island. I can't drive all that way every day, just for a half day. It wouldn't be economically viable for me. 8am to 1pm. That's most of my day gone already. Would have been a PERFECT thing, if it had just been closer to home. And they needed someone asap. I can't go anywhere while i'm house-sitting (part of the deal C and i made)

So... still on the lookout.
I'm not bringing it up with C... i value our friendship too much to ruin it by having something go wrong while working at her shop. We've already had a bad "straining" moment. I don't want any more times like that, that's for sure.
I'd rather have her friendship, than her money.
