J and Braveheart warm up for SHORA Dressage show

What a ride!

I'm BACK!
nearly a month of house-sitting, then a week or more with my friend L, who was recovering from surgery, then a weekend of house-sitting Billy and Miss Poppy and the B&B again...
Thankfully it's all done now.
What a blast!
Fell head over heels for Tess, Monty and Rosie. (A few times actually... HAHA!)
Everytime i ride they all come out to say hello as i drive up Fairhill's driveway.
I miss them :) They really are special animals!
And all the horses! Been nipped a few nasty ones by Pickles - had the bruises to prove it!

Still struggling to find an income of sorts...
STILL haven't managed to finish my first paper.. but i did get a good start on it... 715 words.... 750 needed altogether.
Need to get down to Fourways and put my name down for any jobs coming up at reception.
Bought my stupendously gorgeous camera, finally! a Kodak dx7590.
It's really a stunning camera - taken some hot shots already, all up on flickr of course!
G from horse-photo hasn't gotten back to me after hs initial response... so *shrug* guess it's a no-go on that. But hey... just means i have to get out there on my own power.

So... even though a lot of time has gone by, not much has happened. Which is both good and bad :)
